I used to take yoga all the time before my daughter was born. I was stretchy. I was calm. I slept well.
Now I’m all bunged up because the last time I said “namaste” was to a cashier at a store. I was just trying to stop myself from strangling her.
This is precisely why I’m psyched for OMBE’s open house. OMBE = ONE MIND BODY EARTH. Yeah, I need that.
Next Saturday (October 30), I’m going to get my mom-aste on in a free Mom & Me Yoga class during the Boston integrative health center’s birthday celebration.
