While I was at BlogHer, I met Elizabeth. Her son Bradyn, who just turned four in July, has uncontrolled epilepsy. She has unconditional love. These two things combined put a mom in motion. Elizabeth is trying to save up money to buy her son a service dog to help him live with this socially debilitating condition. How much is that service doggy in the window, you might ask? $13,000.
