Giveaway! – Spirit of Boston Princess Lunch Cruise

April 1st, 2010

A friend of ours told us before our daughter turned 3, we needed to read up on what princess goes with what Evil Queen and which Boyfriend Prince, as well as what color their Princess gowns are. He was right. Our daughter quizzes us all the time. Are you up for the challenge?

I’m giving away a family 4 pack of tickets (2 adults, 2 kids) on the Spirit of Boston for an enchanting afternoon on the water during a Princess Lunch Cruise! Your girls can meet their favorite princesses and you can be embarrassed that you didn’t know that Jasmine has a tiger named Raj and is the only princess who wears pants. Here’s the info:

WHAT: Spend a majestic afternoon on Boston Harbor aboard the Spirit of Boston’s Meet Your Princess Lunch Cruise. Bring your little Princess dressed in her favorite costume and enjoy a day of fairy-tale fun. Don’t forget your camera! It’s truly a dream come true as your little one gets to meet her favorite fairy tale princesses, dance along with the DJ, and dine on Princess fare fit for royalty.

Little trivia for YOU – what are Sleeping Beauty’s two names in the movie? How about the three fairies’ names? Ah, all my princess knowledge is wasted on my three boys. Sigh. And, for the record, I prefer Sleeping Beauty in the blue dress, not the pink ;-)

BUMMER! It’s after midnight. Enjoy, but if your looking to give away two tics, I have a cool “I dream of Jeannie” outfit to trade.
Honestly, the look on all the little girls faces is priceless, but the year before last was so sad even I cried.
Picture this, my little princess (snow white attire) excited to meet all of her girlfriends and the moms on the ship for a much needed special day for us. I was stuck on the expressway behind an accident. Finally arriving, the cruise was leaving (I swear I almost jumped). We were 5 minutes late and honestly the look on her face was so sad, that I started crying before her. The irony and my ongoing curse to live by Murphys Law unwillingly, I planned the trip for the group!!!
I felt like the worlds worst mommie.
But, luckily, I made it a priority to fit the cruise into my budget and arrived an hour early…..I tore the floor up doing the CHACHASLIDE….
On a funny side, “princess snow white” was parked in front of us and my daughter was curious and amused to see her departure in a civic…..so I replied, well, she’s a modern woman now…….
